Terms & Conditions

Interested in adopting a bird from us? We have a few terms and conditions we would like you to read and understand before contacting us.

*We only accept payments by cash and paypal.

*We will except a payment agreement, but the bird must stay with us until paid in full.

*Birds will only be held with a non refundable deposit of $45 towards the purchase price, unless otherwise stated.

*Health Guarantee is only for fully weaned birds, there is no health guarantee on unweaned babies. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

*If a bird falls sick before the 7 Day Health guarantee, the bird MUST be seen by a Certified Avian Vet, If the vet says the bird was sick prior to purchase then we can refund you the bird for the Purchase Price only. Buyer is responsible for any and all vet care.

*We reserve the right to choose not to sell our birds to anyone at anytime. In this case you will be refunded in full.

*Buyers must have a cage, and food ready for there new bird before purchase.

*Breeding Pairs, and Conures are sold Via signed contract only.

*We will only ship weaned birds with a minimum order of $200.Buyer is responsible for Airline cost, Cost of shipping crate and assumes all risk involved with shipping.
